Ordering Information

We require between 2 to 7 days' notice for orders, depending on availability. Last-minute orders may be accommodated if our schedule allows.

  • Payment & Deposits: Full payment is required upfront as we operate on a bookings-only basis. For orders above R2000, a 50% deposit is required upon invoicing, with the remaining 50% due the day before collection.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Payments and deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, we offer a date change option so you can use your payment toward a future order.

  • Notice for Cancellations & Changes: At least 4 days’ notice is required for cancellations to qualify for a date change; otherwise, the deposit/payment will be forfeited. Date and design changes also require at least 4 days’ notice.
